Merchant Hub helps businesses manage ClickKounter subscriptions, renewals, and support.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for providing correct, current, and lawful business, store, product, order, and account information. Login credentials should be kept secure and used only by authorised people.

Subscriptions and access

Some ClickKounter services require an active subscription. Subscription access may expire, become limited, or stop if a plan is not renewed by its expiry date or applicable grace period.

Acceptable use

Misuse, fraud, false business information, unlawful products or activity, attempts to interfere with our services, and unauthorised access are not allowed. ClickKounter may restrict access when needed to protect merchants, customers, or the service.

Changes to services

ClickKounter may update features, pricing, subscription plans, policies, and services over time. Important changes will be communicated through the website, Merchant Hub, or available business contact details where appropriate.
